Payroll Tax Specialist

This role is available for a skilled professional who can handle payroll tax support, ensuring compliance and accuracy in tax submissions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll tax, human resources, or payroll administration, with a proven track record of managing complex tax scenarios and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities- Provide payroll tax support to clients, ensuring accurate and timely tax submissions.
- Assess customer health, identifying potential risks and taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll tax, human resources, or payroll administration.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, tax, or related field is preferred.
- FPC or CPP certification is required or commitment to obtain within two years of employment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
