About the Role

We are looking for a skilled leader to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our department and ensuring that our team members have the resources they need to succeed.

Your primary goal will be to develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity. This may involve analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to processes and procedures.

You will also be responsible for managing relationships with team members and providing guidance and support as needed. This includes helping team members set and achieve their goals, providing feedback and coaching, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures;
  • Manage relationships with team members and provide guidance and support as needed;
  • Help team members set and achieve their goals and provide feedback and coaching;
  • Address any issues or concerns that may arise and provide solutions;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer experience operations and management roles;
  • Chargeback and disputes experience with tier two processing experience;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
