Email Marketing Assistant/ Executive Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Email Marketing Assistant to support our team in servicing Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think outside the box to solve problems and improve processes.

Candidate will be fully trained by our experienced Team Leaders but existing experience would be preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Searching and creating client leads
  • Email client leads with marketing information
  • Following up client leads
  • General administration responsibilities
  • Preparing internal administration reports

Job Highlights

  • Working in a small team, our company will provide 1 on 1 training
  • Candidates will learn a variety of skills
  • Candidate gets a 5 days leave plus 2 to 3 weeks vacation time over Christmas Holidays

Successful candidate will need to attend to the office from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. No work from home set up.
