Senior Web Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining web applications and systems using PHP and Python.

This role requires strong technical skills including proficiency in PHP (Laravel, Symfony) and Python (Django, Flask), as well as experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and Linux/Unix server environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to design, build, and optimize high-performance web applications and backend systems that drive our business processes. They will be responsible for application development, system architecture, database management, API integration, performance optimization, code quality, testing and debugging, security compliance, project management, collaboration, and mentorship.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP and Python development.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is also required.
