The Marketing Specialist role is a crucial position in our organization that plays a vital part in driving web production, graphic design, content creation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Production:
    • Design and develop visually appealing websites using Duda website experience to meet client requirements.
  • Graphic Design:
    • Utilize Canva design skills to create professional-grade social graphics, brochures, one-pagers, and light branding/brand boards that align with client objectives.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging content in English for physician audiences, including blogs, newsletters, and social posts that are informative and relevant.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and schedule social posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Content Repurposing:
    • Use AI tools to repurpose client content and optimize its reach, ensuring maximum ROI.
Requirements
  • Duda website experience with a portfolio that showcases 5–8 page sites, preferably healthcare-related, to demonstrate expertise.
  • Canva design skills with expertise in social graphics, brochures, one-pagers, and light branding/brand boards to meet client expectations.
  • Content creation in English with a professional voice suitable for physician audiences, including writing style and tone.
  • Social posting experience on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to leverage their potential.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for content repurposing to enhance client content.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior healthcare marketing exposure with knowledge of physician-facing marketing strategies to drive results.
  • Branding knowledge with expertise in creating brand boards and logo tweaks to maintain brand consistency.
