Job Title: Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Content Strategist. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality video content that engages and educates our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality video content that meets our brand standards.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in video production and marketing.
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of content projects.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, direction, and performance analysis to enhance content strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in video creation with a strong understanding of YouTube ecosystem.
  • Skilled in sourcing and guiding video content creators to produce engaging, platform-optimized content.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere and familiar with other editing and graphics tools.
  • Experienced in scripting, storyboarding, producing videos, and collaborating with editors.
  • Data-savvy and comfortable running content experiments to improve engagement and retention.
