Job Title: Strategic Project Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our project management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

About the Role:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics, including budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and executive management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
