Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and deliver large-scale, cross-border projects that drive business growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will oversee project lifecycles, manage cross-cultural teams, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while fostering collaboration across global functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery
    • Lead end-to-end management of complex projects ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
    • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets.
    • Drive execution excellence by ensuring adherence to project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including executives, regional leaders, and external partners.
    • Facilitate regular governance meetings and provide transparent project reporting.
    • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and ensure alignment with evolving business priorities.
  • Risk Management
    • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and industry best practices.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor cross-functional, multicultural project teams across geographies.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within project teams.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to junior project managers or coordinators.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex, and multi-country projects.
  • Experience in industries such as Finance, BPO, IT, Healthcare, etc. is a plus.
