Job Summary and Description

The DG Crew Member is a versatile role designed to meet the operational needs of the business. This position involves rotating responsibilities across three key stations: Cashiers, Dispatch, and Kitchen, The DG Crew ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a high standard of customer service, and adheres to company policies and procedures. This role is non-managerial and non-supervisory, focusing on hands-on support within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cashier Station:

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
  • Process payment accurately using the cash register and manage cash transactions securely.
  • Ensure the integrity of the cash register by accounting for all transactions and preventing losses.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cashier station.
  • Upsell menu items, enhancing their dining experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

Dispatch Station:

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.
  • Package takeout orders efficiently, ensuring that all items are included and properly labeled.
  • Verify delivery orders for accuracy and communicate with delivery drivers to ensure proper handoff.
  • Maintained a clean and organized dispatch area, ready for the next order cycle.
  • handle custom interactions related to takeout and delivery, ensuring a positive experience.

Kitchen Station:

  • Assist kitchen lead with preparation, following established recipes and procedures.
  • Prepare ingredients and manage inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean a sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Monitor food quality and preparations, ensuring all dishes meet safety regulations.
  • Accurately account for all ingredients used in preparation
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining productivity during peak hours.

Rotation Schedule:

  • The DG Crew Members will rotate between the cashiers, Dispatch, and Kitchen stations as scheduled by the team leader/ supervisor/ Store Manager.
  • The rotation schedule is designed to ensure that all crew members are proficient in each station and can adapt to varying operational needs.
  • Any Changes to the rotation schedule should be communicated to the immediate supervisor for approval.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
