Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our global network of EAP Counselors, Legal and Financial Advisors, and Health Coaches. This individual will be responsible for identifying prospective providers, negotiating rates, facilitating the billing process, resolving inquiries, and addressing provider-related complaints in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and contract prospective providers for our EAP, Legal, Financial, and Health Coach networks.
  • Negotiate provider rates while complying with established guidelines and procedures.
  • Facilitate the global billing process with providers and partners, resolving any billing or payment issues that may arise.
  • Respond timely to provider inquiries and internal inquiries related to the global provider network.
  • Resolve provider-related complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure provider data in the database is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Review and reconcile provider utilization reports, addressing any issues with providers and departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-4 years of work experience.
  • Strong internet research skills.
  • Excellent communication and task management skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box to solve global issues effectively.
  • Experience in Behavioral Health, EAP, or Provider Relations is preferred.
  • Professional business experience is highly valued.
  • Stable work history is required.
