Job Description

The Operations B2C Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing and assisting customer service representatives, ensuring they provide top-notch service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and ensure they comply with quality guidelines.
  • Monitor or review calls between representatives and customers to guarantee excellent communication.
  • Keep representatives informed about product updates.
  • Collect data and prepare reports on customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Prepare monthly performance summaries for the assigned customer service team.
