Job Purpose

  • As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead one of our cross-functional teams focused on part of our financial services. You'll be driving the roadmap, prioritization, and problem-solving.
  • You will report into the Product Director for this role. We're looking for product leaders who can manage business stakeholders and their teammates to create products that delight our customers.

Your Impact: What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with our vision.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
  • Build a strong cross-functional team and ensure that we have the appropriate resources to solve our product challenges.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Manage your product lifecycle from design to implementation, testing, release, promotion, monitoring, and support.

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory Requirements:

  • Engineering experience or high level of technical proficiency is required.
  • Experience working in product management is essential.
  • Knowledge of Agile principles, cadences, and maturity to implement those principles is a must.
  • Strong business and technical vision is crucial.

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience in B2C lending across different financial products is a plus.
  • Preferably experienced working with complex financial systems.
