Job Title: TikTok Shop Account Manager

The role of a TikTok Shop Account Manager is to oversee the marketing strategy for multiple accounts, managing product listings, promotions, and account creation. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing ROI-focused affiliate marketing strategies to drive e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple TikTok Shop accounts, including product listings, promotions, and account creation.
  • Develop and execute ROI-focused affiliate marketing strategies to drive e-commerce growth.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates and influencers to amplify brand visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with creators and influencers to produce engaging content tailored to TikTok's platform.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing TikTok Shop marketing for multiple brands.
  • Agency experience is required, with a history of managing multiple accounts and working cross-functionally.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok's platform, trends, and user behavior.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
