As a Sales Professional for Health and Wellness, you will play a vital role in interacting with customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing high-volume outbound sales calls to engage with customers and identify their needs or concerns.
  • Leveraging your expertise in health and wellness to educate customers, build trust, and effectively communicate the benefits and value of our products.
  • Clarifying information and providing recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone calls.
  • Building positive working relationships with customers to enhance our image and public perception.
  • Striving to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Placing outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services.
  • Completing call notes and reports as necessary and updating them in our database.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in B2C sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions.
  • Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
