As a Sales Professional for Health and Wellness, you will play a vital role in interacting with customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing high-volume outbound sales calls to engage with customers and identify their needs or concerns.
- Leveraging your expertise in health and wellness to educate customers, build trust, and effectively communicate the benefits and value of our products.
- Clarifying information and providing recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone calls.
- Building positive working relationships with customers to enhance our image and public perception.
- Striving to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Placing outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services.
- Completing call notes and reports as necessary and updating them in our database.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Previous experience in B2C sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions.
- Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
