Job Title: Health and Wellness Representative

Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the health and wellness industry. As a Health and Wellness Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to customers to engage with them and understand their requirements.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the health or medical field to educate customers about our products and services.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone calls.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance our company's image and reputation.
  • Focus on delivering excellent customer service to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in B2C Sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions.
  • Medical or healthcare industry experience is highly valued, as it enhances the candidate's ability to excel in this position.
  • Strong phone presence with exceptional customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with active listening.
  • Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
