Job Summary

This role requires a skilled Marketing Specialist to work night shifts, utilizing exceptional communication skills, organization, and a strong work ethic.

Main Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Conduct research to recommend marketing strategies that meet sales and marketing objectives.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and create innovative campaigns based on gathered insights.
  • Digital Presence Management: Manage social media and email marketing campaigns to engage with the target audience.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support in data entry, uploading, cleaning, and other tasks.
  • Creative Initiatives: Assist in creative initiatives such as events, training, trade shows, webinars, and more.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Prioritize inquiries and resolve conflicts while making recommendations for smooth engagements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete various administrative tasks including special projects, document design, meeting preparation, correspondence, contact list maintenance, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
