Unlock a new career opportunity as a Night Shift Renewals Sales Specialist.

This role involves driving industry-leading renewal rates and maintaining a high volume of daily renewals for the North America territory.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment to develop trusted relationships with key accounts and drive high ROI on SWI.

Your responsibilities will include identifying customer requirements, uncovering roadblocks, and demonstrating strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewals to timely closure.

You will partner with Customer Success & Account Executives to maximize account growth opportunities by playing an active role on the account team and helping identify expansion and cross-sale opportunities.

In addition, you will identify and execute strategies to decrease churn across the signed customer base.

You will prioritize responsibilities within your customer segment, differentiating between accounts at risk and balancing daily activity and velocity sales.

Your goal is to work with customers to resolve issues preventing ongoing SolarWinds relationships.

You will help maintain accurate customer records, including licenses, software expiration dates, shipping addresses, and updated contact information.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in a technical sales role
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to network and build trust both internally and externally
  • Ability to navigate and bring clarity to complex situations
  • Previous experience with CRM - NetSuite or Salesforce; Tableau is a plus
