Job Overview:

The role of a Compliance Testing Analyst involves supporting testing, monitoring, and quality assurance tasks in Asia. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for implementing the annual testing plan, preparing and conducting testing activities, and drafting reports.

This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent English proficiency in writing and communication, and experience in financial services. The ideal candidate should possess analytical, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making abilities, as well as proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new compliance systems.

Additional responsibilities include researching regulations, maintaining communication with regulatory personnel and stakeholders, and documenting testing workflows and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing the annual testing plan

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related financial services experience
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent English proficiency in writing and communication
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Compliance, testing, insurance, banking, internal or external audit experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
  • Capable of working independently and under pressure
