Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tender Coordinator to lead our tender process for engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects.

  • Manage tenders, bids, EOIs, and RFPs across multiple jurisdictions and funding environments.
  • Coordinate technical experts to develop compliant proposals that meet evaluation criteria.
  • Oversee the technical and financial components of submissions while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop proposal templates and content for consistency and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end tender processes.
  • Coordinating with technical experts to develop compliant proposals.
  • Overseeing the technical and financial components of submissions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes and government/private RFTs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
