Job Summary:

The Project Estimator is responsible for determining accurate material requirements and preparing detailed cost estimates for projects. This role involves analyzing project plans, specifications, and supplier quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review project layout, floor plan, and specifications to assess material needs.

· Prepare detailed material take-offs and cost estimates.

· Evaluate supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions.

· Monitor market trends, material pricing, and supplier availability.

· Maintain and update material cost databases for reference in future projects.

· Provide cost reports and support tender/bid preparation.

· Consult with clients, vendors, personnel, and production head to discuss and formulate estimates.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in cost estimation.

· Maintain cost databases and estimation tools

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Project Estimator or in a similar role for construction services (modular fabrications, renovation, and fit-out)

· Strong analytical and math skills

· Strong knowledge of estimation methods, cost analysis, and project management principles.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, estimation software, or other cost analysis tools.

· Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
