Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will be responsible for driving and mentoring the team to produce high-quality data analytics for all internal and external clients.
  2. You will manage the day-to-day planning and operations of your team and POD Book of Business, ensuring that your team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.
  3. You will lead a high-performing Data Analytics team through an exciting transition, building problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities.
  4. You will establish team goals and work with the management team and internal support teams on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results.
  5. You will identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, influence team strategy, and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Data Insights.
  • Experience managing teams and/or project teams, including direct people management and/or managing cross-functional teams without supervisory responsibility.
  • Ability to inspire and lead to deliver value, especially without direct influence over resources.
  • At least two years of experience working in Consulting, Business Intelligence, Strategy/Insights, or similar teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience providing constructive criticism, implementing corrective action plans, and offering solutions for process and product improvement.
