Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Content Strategist to join our team. In this critical role, you will develop and optimize content that supports sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales funnels, customer personas, and industry trends. You will design visually compelling content, ensure brand alignment, and collaborate with subject matter experts to craft compelling narratives.

  • Create, edit, and maintain sales content such as sales decks, proposals, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, and pitch materials in close cooperation with the sales team and external sales agents.
  • Develop customized content tailored to different industries, customer personas, and stages of the sales funnel.
  • Ensure all sales materials are aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical and complex information into compelling, customer-focused narratives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong ability to craft persuasive, concise, and engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for storytelling, visual communication, and sales success.
