Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to deliver evidence-informed case management services in the community. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring community safety through the case management of adults subject to orders, while maintaining high standards of assessment practices that facilitate effective supervision and improve reintegration and rehabilitation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with management and stakeholders to negotiate service delivery, priorities, deadlines, resources, and other relevant issues.
  • Work independently and cope with the pace, complexity, and multi-tasking required in the operating environment.
  • Apply experience working within a legislative framework that underpins core service delivery areas.
  • Build and manage ongoing working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with key stakeholders on sensitive and complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective written and oral communication skills.
Requirements
  • Possession of a driver's licence, minimum C class Australian licence is a mandatory requirement.
  • Ability to travel and work across various locations.
  • Eligibility to complete Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community).
