Accounting Associate

The role is responsible for managing monthly inventory counts across various clients and industries. The associate will lead fieldwork and travel to client sites as needed.

  • Manage the monthly inventory count of assigned clients, including cash management and people management.
  • Communicate directly with regional offices to confirm scheduled counts and information related to monthly inventory count.
  • Report adverse practices in inventory counts observed.
  • Prepare administrative tasks including observations reports, post-count reviews, maintenance of financial records and other reports as required.
  • Conduct account movement and variance analysis.
  • Execute general accounting processes including core financial processes such as billing, accounting, recordings, monthly reporting, annual balance, bookkeeping, fiscal forms, tax declarations, and half-year reports.
Requirements
  • CPA license and background in SAP.
  • At least 1 year of experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records.
  • At least 1 year of experience in general accounting, able to determine the accounting entries needed to be recorded.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; familiar with MS Office 365.
  • Able to establish effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally.
