Key responsibilities of a customer service associate include responding to in-bound calls, displaying exceptional customer service skills to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Utilize proper phone etiquette to provide excellent customer service for incoming calls for various cases and projects
  • Effectively communicate and address customers' needs to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and resolve problems. Escalate calls as necessary
  • Document all calls appropriately, and adhere to all procedures as dictated by policy and procedures
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times – adhere to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor
  • Attend all scheduled training as required
  • Perform other general tasks as required or necessary

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1 year of customer service experience, or call center experience, and desktop applications experience
  • Effective communication and literacy skills. Ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy
  • Proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and target language
  • Ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent computer skills with quick and accurate typing, the ability to open multiple applications at once and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Quality customer service skills
  • Ability to handle escalated calls, with empathy and professionalism
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills
