
Customer Service Representative

Key responsibilities of a customer service associate include responding to in-bound calls, displaying exceptional customer service skills to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize proper phone etiquette to provide excellent customer service for incoming calls for various cases and projects
- Effectively communicate and address customers' needs to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and resolve problems. Escalate calls as necessary
- Document all calls appropriately, and adhere to all procedures as dictated by policy and procedures
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times – adhere to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor
- Attend all scheduled training as required
- Perform other general tasks as required or necessary
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year of customer service experience, or call center experience, and desktop applications experience
- Effective communication and literacy skills. Ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy
- Proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and target language
- Ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent computer skills with quick and accurate typing, the ability to open multiple applications at once and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy
- Quality customer service skills
- Ability to handle escalated calls, with empathy and professionalism
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
