We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Insurance Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience using Applied Epic to support our customer service operations. This role is responsible for the accurate creation of insurance certificates and binders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and professional customer service via email and phone
- Create and issue insurance certificates and binders using Applied Epic
- Support policy updates, documentation, and client record management within Applied Epic
- Ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking
- Collaborate with team members to support client needs and compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insurance VA or in an insurance support role
- Proficiency with Applied Epic (required)
- Knowledge of insurance certificates, binders, and standard procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools
