Job Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position involves ensuring timely and accurate payments from customers by reviewing documents, assessing creditworthiness, and providing administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Credit Assessment: Reviews endorsed account accreditation to ensure completeness and accuracy of requirements for maintenance in our system.
  2. Customer Engagement: Assesses the creditworthiness of new customers through a thorough credit investigation.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepares and submits reports on customer credit status and other relevant financial data.
  4. Accounts Receivable Management: Ensures all accounts receivable transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  5. Collaboration: Works closely with the Finance Manager to maintain collection goals and generate performance metrics.
  6. Communication: Coordinates with sales representatives, CSR, and delivery teams as necessary to complete job duties.
  7. Documentation: Maintains accurate records of financial documents, including customer payment history.
  8. Compliance: Ensures adherence to all relevant financial regulations and policies, including tax compliance and account accreditation.
