Business Analyst Role

Gather and analyze business requirements for successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.

  • Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements to ensure accurate project scope.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes and develop corrective actions.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop test plans and participate in user acceptance testing to validate project deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
