About the Role

As a Product Visionary, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital product roadmap and ensuring seamless user experiences.

This position involves leveraging data, customer feedback, and stakeholder input to prioritize and deliver features that enhance overall experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the end-to-end experience within designated digital products or feature sets.
  • Defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and guaranteeing a smooth user journey for customers interacting with products or feature sets.
  • Developing and optimizing digital tools used by internal stakeholders or specific user groups.
  • Designing and implementing features that streamline workflows, improve data management, and enhance communication for relevant internal users.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic view of the digital product and alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Defining and managing product journeys for both customer-facing and internal tools.
  • Developing and maintaining product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer/user needs, focusing on journey optimization.
  • Gathering and prioritizing requirements for each epic and story within a journey, using data analytics, customer feedback, and stakeholder input.
  • Collaborating with project managers, UI/UX designers, business analysts, QA, and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Working with service designers, researchers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to translate insights into actionable plans for improving journeys.
  • Creating user stories and leading the development of acceptance criteria and other requirements documentation.
  • Monitoring and tracking the performance of product journeys and epics, using metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitating workshops and problem-solving sessions with development teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in project management, product management, agile methodologies, data analytics, and/or business analysis.
  • Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.
  • Equivalent professional experience in project management, business analysis, software development, product management, or a related field may be considered in place of a degree.
