Healthcare Content Specialist

In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and documenting clinical requirements through best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and collect clinical data using defined clinical management procedures.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate clinical requirements and ensure correct coding guideline interpretations.
- Document content requirements for post-release content maintenance handoffs.
- Contribute to user documentation, including editing clarifications and the Rules Guide.
- Support end-user training activities and Quality Assurance test plan validation.
- Bachelor's degree in health information management or a related field.
- AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification or AHIMA CCS-P or CCS certification required.
- 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience, with at least 2 years as a payment/reimbursement or medical policy analyst, medical coder, chart reviewer/auditor, or clinical editing analyst.
