Cash Collection Specialist - Remote Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global team as a Cash Collection Specialist. As a key member of our collections team, you will play a crucial role in collecting cash from customers and maintaining positive relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high-volume multi-currency ledger
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Query handling and investigation
  • Cash allocation and payment processing

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in cash collection or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
