Job Description

As a senior financial professional, your role is essential in ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations and supporting clients with strategic tax planning and accurate filings.

  • Handle complex tax matters and provide expert guidance on tax strategies that align with clients' financial goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Accurately prepare and file a range of tax returns, including federal, state, and local tax filings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and deliver reliable, high-quality service to clients.
Tax Compliance Expertise

You will be responsible for managing complex tax matters, maintaining accurate and organized tax records, and conducting detailed reconciliations.

  • Review tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation before submission.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams on financial reporting, intercompany transactions, bookkeeping, and payroll-related tax matters.
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining organized documentation and ensuring timely reporting.
Leadership and Communication

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrated leadership with a results-driven mindset.

  • Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and team members, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills to complex tax scenarios.
  • Organizes tasks effectively, managing multiple clients and deadlines with precision.

This position requires strong knowledge of US tax laws, compliance, and multi-state filings, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks Online and experience with Drake Tax.
