Financial Transaction Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in accounts payable processes, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately record accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
- Verify invoice details, including amounts, terms, and payment instructions, before processing entries.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for invoice processing and payment authorization.
- Address inquiries and concerns from customers related to invoice discrepancies, payment status, and account balances.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of invoices and statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, including AP entries, reconciling invoices, and statements.
