Senior Financial Analyst Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide critical support to the Private Alternative Investment Valuation Committee in fulfilling its oversight and responsibilities of private alternative investment valuations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quarterly scoping files for private equity investments and identify those requiring valuation review processes.
  • Perform impairment testing exercises, coordinate with relevant teams, and generate daily monitoring files.
  • Coordinate and administer collection of valuation packages from internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of internally valued private equity investments and summarize results.
  • Assist in compiling and reviewing materials for regular committee meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional certification in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related business field.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI software.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours (including evening shifts).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
