Role Overview">

This is a key position in our organization that involves the management of digital marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.

  • Main Responsibilities">

    The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing end-to-end automated email nurture sequences tailored to different customer types, designing, writing, and scheduling regular eDMs including campaigns, educational content, and promotional offers, optimizing email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting, creating on-brand digital assets including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print collateral, maintaining consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and print materials for both brands, managing and scheduling social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, monitoring and responding to social media community engagement and direct messages, planning and publishing social content aligned with brand strategy, seasonal campaigns, and audience needs, maintaining and updating Shopify and WordPress websites, including content, layouts, banners, and basic UX enhancements, coordinating with developers or digital partners on website improvements and new feature development, supporting the implementation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, including product launches and partnership promotions, managing customer retention initiatives such as re-engagement journeys, win-back campaigns, and loyalty communications, analysing eDM performance metrics to identify what's working, what isn't, and establish a clear performance baseline to drive improvements.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications">

    At least 3 years of experience in a similar digital marketing/design role, strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), experience using platforms like Hubspot, WordPress/Shopify, a strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies, excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects, a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, bonus if you have experience in women's health, beauty, wellness or ecommerce industries, a positive, can-do attitude, collaborative, open-minded, and enjoy working as part of a team, eager to learn and grow, open to feedback and continuously looking to improve.
