Job Summary: This L2 Helpdesk role involves providing technical support to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities.
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill this position, which offers the opportunity to work on various projects and tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Troubleshooting of technical issues
- Support for network infrastructure and email services
- Administration of Office 365 and SharePoint
- Maintenance of backup systems and monitoring of system performance

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IT support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, O365, Active Directory, and VMWare

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
