Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our virtual team.

This key role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting compelling sales presentations, and managing the full sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in business development, ideally as a BDM or similar role, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in BPO, SaaS, or IT.

Key qualifications include strong relationship-building skills, confidence, charisma, and drive to hit and exceed targets. Previous experience with Virtual Assistant or Business Support Services is highly regarded.

About the Role:

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
  • Conduct compelling Zoom sales presentations to C-level and decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding
