Program Manager for Influencer Marketing

  • Regularly review and suggest program initiatives to hit performance metrics;
  • Analyze program data and suggest improvement plans via data-driven strategies;
  • Collaborate with other teams for internal projects;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure program-related executions remain effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in Influencer/Creator Marketing or PR, Social Media Management;
  • Prior experience in e-commerce and affiliate marketing preferred;
  • Understanding of influencer behaviors is essential;
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in both English and another language required;
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Think analytically and be a reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
