Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that engages our audience and promotes our services.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for fintech, payments, and emerging digital industries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across major social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram).
  • Create eye-catching visuals and short-form posts to promote xPay's services.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments and engage with followers to grow an active community.
  • Support community-building initiatives in niche industry spaces (iGaming, crypto, fintech businesses).
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing regular reports on reach, engagement and conversions.
  • Suggest improvements based on performance insights and market trends.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing or community management.
  • Strong familiarity with major social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram).
  • Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop or other design tools for creating social content.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and tone of voice.
  • Enthusiasm for fintech, payments and emerging digital industries.
Preferred
  • Familiarity with US-based iGaming and crypto industries.
  • Experience with start-up or pilot project environments.
