Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Coordinator to manage digital content across client accounts, maintain structured content vaults and support content workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.

  • Manage digital content for optimal access by uploading, organizing and tagging it.
  • Maintain folder structures, naming conventions and vault documentation to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Create script templates for tone consistency and support cross-functional teams in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate on content ideas that align with current trends and client objectives.
  • Review content for quality and flag inconsistencies to maintain high standards.
  • Update accurate databases and trackers for team coordination and provide timely updates via internal tools.

To be successful in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing or a related field. You should also possess strong proficiency in Google Workspace, familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
