Customer Support Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via chat, email, or phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as experience working with customer support software such as Gorgias and Shopify.

Additionally, you should be comfortable working independently, handling multiple conversations simultaneously, and staying informed on product updates and support practices to ensure consistency in the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle customer concerns related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account issues.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure consistency in the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
