Ecommerce Optimization Specialist

The primary function of this role is to oversee the creation, management, and optimization of our Shopify store, with a focus on enhancing user experience and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include managing product listings, third-party integrations, and website performance, as well as implementing marketing strategies and analyzing store data for insights.
Key responsibilities also include collaborating with design teams to ensure a seamless and visually appealing storefront, while driving profitability through data-driven decisions. This involves troubleshooting technical issues, working with developers as needed, and running A/B testing to identify weaknesses and enhance usability.
Additionally, the Shopify Performance Manager will be responsible for handling product listings, descriptions, pricing, and real-time inventory management. They will also develop and execute eCommerce marketing strategies, monitor store performance using Shopify and Google Analytics, and create reports and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in managing a Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and sales channels.
- Excellent understanding of Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations, as well as basic coding skills to implement simple customizations.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and other performance tracking tools.
- Creative mindset with experience in visual merchandising and branding.
- 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
