Job Title: Branch Operations Head

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of a financial institution's branch, ensuring strict adherence to established policies and procedures.

This involves assisting the Branch Manager in preparing annual budget reports and manpower planning decisions, as well as being responsible for the administration, control, and physical custody of accountable forms.

In addition, the role requires smooth operational efficiency across various sections, including Accounting, Clearing, Investment, Loan, and Foreign Section.

  • Strong knowledge of branch operations and policies, internal policies, audit systems, regulatory requirements, and administrative disciplinary rules and procedures.
  • Must possess excellent communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking ability, and strong people management skills with a proactive orientation.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of job experience in branch operations as a Bank Branch Officer.
