Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Management Assistant to join our team at Sosa JB Property Management Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Sosa JB Property Management Corp. is a dynamic and reputable company in the property management industry. Established in 2010, we have over three decades of expertise in facilities and property operations. Our company is known for its strong focus on Filipino hospitality and a deep understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Manage accounting records, generate periodic and regular reports, and provide ad-hoc accounting-related reports as requested.
  • Administrative Support: Provide secretarial support, develop and maintain itineraries and appointment schedules, prepare business correspondences, and coordinate meetings and work orders.
  • Bookkeeping Function: Handle Move-In and Move-Out processes, arrear reporting to accounting, and orientation and turnover reports.
  • Reporting: Prepare Monthly Financial Statements, Bank Reconciliation, and Daily Cash Position Reports.
Requirements
  • Education: A graduate of a 4-year course in Accountancy or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Above 2 years of related work experience, preferably in the same industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, email), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Tax code of the Philippines, and accounting software.
Benefits
  • Salary: PHP 20,000-24,000 per month.
  • Working Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours a day/ Mondays to Fridays 8am -5pm and Saturdays 8am-12nn.
