Job Description

This role involves monitoring and managing hotel chains' data to ensure accurate availability, inventory, and rate plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying hotel properties are live and bookable;
  • Monitoring hotels/chains availability, rate plans, and promotions;
  • Investigating potential issues and escalating to the relevant team;
  • Collaborating with Yield Manager to review properties and rate plans;
  • Reporting competitiveness data to internal stakeholders;
  • Analysing reports as requested by Management;
  • Supporting Head of Hotels as required;
  • Participating in ad hoc projects;

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Excel is essential
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills; Excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritise, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines;
  • Driven to succeed with a professional attitude and work ethic;
  • Team player, able to work effectively within a fast-growing organisation;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all internal stakeholders;
  • IT proficiency including good working knowledge of Microsoft office;
  • Tourism background is desirable;
  • Knowledge of hotel distribution would be advantageous;
