Job Description:

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in the development of marketing campaigns by conducting thorough research and verification of client data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and verification of client data to guarantee precision and timeliness for campaign execution
  • SUPPORT THE SALES TEAM BY PROVIDING ACCURATE AND TIMELY DATA TO ASSIST WITH OUTREACH AND RETENTION EFFORTS
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client databases and internal systems
  • Validate and update organization, contact, and account information across custom platforms
  • Ensure clients receive the correct newsletters they are subscribed to, enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Apply knowledge of the unique features and benefits of Law360 products and services
  • Assist in the development and targeting of newsletters and content marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to innovative marketing initiatives that support retention strategies
  • Develop and manage retention-focused campaigns across email, newsletters, and content marketing channels
  • Create engaging marketing collateral and content pieces that foster long-term customer relationships and drive product adoption
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Marketing Data Research or Data Management
  • Demonstrates foundational knowledge of retention marketing principles, campaign strategy, and customer lifecycle engagement
  • Conducts in-depth quantitative analysis of consumer databases and external data sources to uncover actionable insights into customer behavior, usage patterns, and content preferences
  • Ensures the integrity and completeness of marketing data through rigorous research and analysis, enabling accurate performance tracking and optimization
