Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for preparing financial statements, performing month-end accounting tasks, and maintaining fixed asset schedules. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of accounting experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

About the Role
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements for clients.
  • Perform key month-end accounting tasks including financial data entry/import, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain fixed asset schedules and assist in tax return preparation during peak seasons.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in cash and tax basis accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, macros, VLOOKUPs); strong data management skills.
  • Certified in QuickBooks Online (QBO preferred); experience with Accounting CS is a plus.
