About the Role:
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, ensuring they comply with regulatory standards and policies.
  • Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and applicable laws.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred, but not required).
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
