Job Overview

As a Digital Channel Strategist at Visage Executive Search, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end solutions for retail digital channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that new features and enhancements are customer-centered and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Create Requests for System Change (RSCs) including documentation of business requirements and high-level flows.
  • Manage the bank channeling loan portfolio and maintain routine coordination with counterparties.
  • Review User Stories and Customer Journeys to ensure final detailed requirements of features are correctly captured.
  • Participate in user research activities to ensure alignment of requirements with customer needs and desires.
  • Develop policies and procedures; review ITG documentation in UAT and production implementation etc.; coordinate and complete risk assessment of new feature/enhancement with control units, identify resolutions to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare requirements for implementation such as BSP notification or request for approval, system parameter definitions, system access privileges (RSAP) etc.
  • Assist Channel Development Lead in coordinating with other business units and external strategic partners to develop new features or major enhancements.
  • Prepare and review User Acceptance Test Plans and Test Scripts ensuring all possible scenarios are captured.
  • Conduct and manage testing activities (User Acceptance Testing, regression, including smoke testing after implementation) and related reporting.
  • Conduct trainings/roadshows as necessary to various users of the application, to the team, and other stakeholders; finalize tools/materials as guide to users for new features to be implemented.
  • Prepare pilot program, operational readiness plan, implementation/go-live plan for new features/major enhancements.
  • Assist Channel Development Lead in implementing pilot program.
  • Monitor transaction and user experience after project implementation.

Risk Management & Compliance:
  • Participate in regular review, monitoring and assessment of the business unit's process, risk and controls.
  • Report potential and actual risk events effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Resolve findings/observations noted by control units, in coordination with other stakeholders (e.g. ITG, Operations) until closed.

Qualifications:
  • Actively involved in setting/negotiation of loan channeling strategy and being master of business flow (credit approval/loan disbursement/repayment etc) with active coordination with counterparties and various internal departments.
  • Able to operate risk approval and channeling operation console under our in-house developed system.
  • Good with numbers and able to coordinate with finance and operation on reconciliation procedures.
  • Prepare planning and projections to report to management/BSP on periodic basis.
  • Ability to communicate/negotiate, good sense with numbers and business flow, English is mandatory, experience in Banking/Lending company loan/risk/channeling department or related experiences is required.
