Operational Support Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a key liaison between leadership, staff, students, volunteers, and external contacts.
The ideal candidate will provide direct support to the CEO, COO, CFO, and executive team while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage park permitting processes across multiple locations.
- Oversee contracts with universities for occupational therapy student placements.
- Coordinate internship and volunteer programs.
- Process and distribute superbills.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve.
- Proficiency in using and managing multiple platforms, including project management software and digital tools.
